WINSLOW, Ariz. (AP) — Authorities say Arizona state troopers have arrested a person needed in reference to a Tennessee killing after a pursuit on Interstate 40 close to Winslow.
The chase started Wednesday morning when a trooper with the Arizona Division of Public Security tried to drag over a SUV for visitors violations and the motive force didn’t cease.
The company mentioned Friday that troopers used spike strips to cease the SUV by deflating the automobile’s tires and arrested two males within the automobile.
The suspects had been recognized as 31-year-old Xavier D. Stitts, of The Colony, Texas, and 32-year-old Antonio A. Watson, of Robinsonville, Mississippi.
Watson had an excellent warrant for 2 counts of first-degree homicide in Tennessee, together with a warrant for failure to look on harmful drug expenses in Florida.
The boys had been booked into Navajo County Jail.
It was not instantly identified if the lads had attorneys to reply to the allegations towards them.
