Separatist Republics Hold 8,000 Ukrainian POWs – TASS Cites Separatists' Official

(Reuters) – Ukrainian prisoners of warfare held within the Russian-backed self-proclaimed Luhansk and Donetsk Folks’s Republics quantity about 8,000, Luhansk official Rodion Miroshnik was quoted by TASS information company as saying on Thursday.

“There are loads of prisoners. After all, there are extra of them on the territory of Donetsk Folks’s Republic, however we even have sufficient, and now the full quantity is someplace within the area of 8,000. That is so much, and actually lots of are being added day by day,” Miroshnik stated.
