Maryland's Highest Court Extends Candidate Filing Deadline

ANNAPOLIS, Md. (AP) — Maryland’s highest court docket has prolonged the state’s candidate submitting deadline by a month amid authorized challenges to new political boundaries authorised by the Basic Meeting.

The Courtroom of Appeals introduced Friday the brand new deadline might be March 22 at 9 p.m. with a view to present enough time for judicial assessment. The previous deadline was Feb. 22.
